Novo UK is delighted to announce Lezanne’s promotion to the role of Divisional Manager. In line with the company’s organic growth, Lezanne’s career has gone from strength to strength at Novo UK following her appointment in 2013. Originally joining as a Senior Consultant, Lezanne immediately displayed her aptitude for building exceptionally strong relationships with people, effortlessly tuning in to the exact needs of clients and candidates and ultimately servicing the recruitment needs of a range of businesses while helping construction professionals progress their careers.
This, coupled with a fierce determination to succeed, an unbelievable work engine and a wholly ethical approach to the role ensured that she became a force to be reckoned with in the construction recruitment world and a shining example of how the job of a recruiter could and should be done.
Over the past 12 months and in an effort to quench her thirst for progression, development and learning, we effectively asked Lezanne to hang up her boots on day to day recruitment in order to focus her energies 100% on managing and mentoring our construction and residential teams-and more recently the property and maintenance division. To support this process, we also enrolled Lezanne on the APSCO Leadership Development Programme to further enhance her skills and to complement the additional responsibilities that come with managing teams.
Suffice it to say Lezanne thrived in this role and as a consequence the Divisional Manager role will now see Lezanne working closely with the Directors as part of the Senior Management team, assuming day to day management responsibility for every division within the business and the overall profitability of each team.
