This impressive UK developer is on the lookout for a talented Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With an objective to transform innovative and creative designs into practical and stylish homes, the successful candidate can expect to work on some truly amazing developments.

Some of your responsibilities:

  • Land Viabilities
  • Detailing the site budget
  • Sending out Sub Contractor Enquiries
  • Tender Analysis
  • Procurement of Labour Plant Materials
  • Monthly CVR's
  • All Sub Contractor Cost / Payment management

You must have:

  • Ideally, you will have experience working on volume build developments ideally traditional build.
  • Experience in new build is essential and taking projects from start to completion is a must.
