An Electrical Project Engineer with experience of working on commercial fit out projects is now required to join their well-rounded team and provide valuable input in to current and future workloads, from an Electrical perspective.

Electrical Project Engineer – key responsibilities:

  • Design, co-ordination and installation of electrical installations at designated projects
  • Technical involvement in the preparation of tender bids
  • Working to programmes in line with the installation process
  • Liaising with and building relationships with clients from pre-construction through to delivery
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Equipment and product selection with subsequent reporting

Electrical Project Engineer – qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Candidates will ideally be ONC, HNC or HND qualified (or/and degree qualified) though candidates progressing through the practical site side (electrician, supervisor) will also be considered
  • Experience of contracting and running fit out projects, ideally from £500k upwards is essential
  • Commercial fit out experience is imperative. Candidates from a pure residential background will not be considered
  • Ability and willingness to commute to an Essex based office and in to London where the majority of projects are delivered
  • Strong personality and ability to integrate with a lively and hard-working team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
