A Customer Care Coordinator is now required to join their award-winning customer services team to assist in delighting their customers and to be with them every step of the way from before completion to after completion and everything in between.
The Customer Care Coordinator will be expected to create, deliver and contribute to the improvement of the service offered by the team, effectively managing workload created by external customers.
The Customer Care Coordinator will be comfortable in handling all customer enquiries and complaints in an efficient, pro-active and positive manner and aim to resolve issues as soon as possible.
Candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record in customer care, ideally within the residential sector. Knowledge of COINS management software would be a distinct advantage.
